I don't believe so -- although there are some warnings there, it doesn't
look like anything would cause the mail to be delayed.

Whichever mailserver sent you that E-mail (not IMail) couldn't reach
mail.smith-litho.com for some reason. You would have to check the logs on
that server to see what happened.
