[IMail Forum] HELP !!!!

Title: Message

Users in my office are trying to send emails to an organization with a Mail Essentials filtering gateway and an Exchange server. About 30% of the time the emails go through. The other 70% of the time they are being rejected. I can't figure out if they are being rejected from something wrong on our end or theirs. A copy of the pertinent log info is below.

 

Does anyone know what the "250 PIPELINING" or "503 I wait for mail from first" messages mean?

 

BTW. We are on version 5.8.
