Hello, Our problem hasn't been solved either. We still get customers who can not delete, ,reply, or forward email using webmail. I have called Ipswich tech support and they told me to reinstall template, ,did that, ,change out nic, did that, then they said other people were having the problem also and gave me the issue number.
