I'm really surprised that nothing has been said yet.  At this point, I 
think saying "It was a problem with our mailing list software" would be a 
lot better than no response (some people even think that Ipswitch got 
infected by a virus that bypassed their virus scanner (which doesn't seem 
to be the case)).

Anyone home over there?
