There is an address that I try to send to that keeps getting bounced
back. The message in the client is "undeliverable to [EMAIL PROTECTED]".
I got a DNS report on the domain, and it came up in multiple failures
(MX, etc.)... But I didn't think that would cause their server to reject
us (?)

>From what I have read on this list, it seems like this problem would
have been caused if MY SERVER was blacklisted as an open relay (and they
subscribed to some list), or if the checked for a PTR record. As of a
few months ago, I have closed my relay, gotten off the blacklists, and
resolved the PTR record thing.

So, aside from looking at the jdcdj.com domain and seeing the DNS
problems, what can I do to figure out why I can't get through to them?
Interestingly enough, I got the same message while sending from this
address, 2 other varsitycontractors.com addresses, and my hotmail.com
account.

Oh yeah, this doesn't happen all the time. It only happens when (no
lie) all the Executives are on a conference call and they are trying to
e-mail him something...

TIA
