Thanks Scott, I was 99.9% sure (and 110% hoping) the problem was on their end. The problem is... They are a bunch of lawyers, so before I tell them that their product is broken I need enough "evidence" to "prove my case"... I'll search my logs (sorry I didn't do it earlier), and then I'll take the issue that you present below to them.
Is there anything else that can be done to prove they have a faulty server or setup? So far I have what is below and the DNS Report stuff. Thanks! The message in the client is "undeliverable to [EMAIL PROTECTED]". Have you checked the IMail logs to see what they say? They should provide some useful information. I can connect to their mailserver, but it is broken. It only accepts TCP/IP data if it is sent in a full packet, not using standard streams (IE a packet with "HELO " followed by "declude.com" would not be accepted, it would have to be sent as "HELO declude.com"). So already there's about a 95% chance the problem is on their end. -Scott --- Declude: Anti-virus, Anti-spam and Anti-hijacking solutions for IMail. http://www.declude.com --- [This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
