IMail Forum is OK. All messages are duplicated from time to time when popping the server like my Outlook (and even my theBat e-mail client) like they do not recognize that the e-mail has already been popped. I have set-up to leave my messages on the server for 2 days. When this happens, everytime you pop the server it downloads all the e-mails remaining there all over again until I change setting in my client to not leave any messages on the server. Afterwards, I set to leave for 2 days and it works OK for awhile.
