Unfortunatly, NO PRODUCT can meet everyones needs. Some companines need a
product to be more aggressive in it's filtering, while others simply can't
take a chance on an important email getting scrapped.

After evaluting numerous products for Spam / Virus / Content control, there
was only one clear winner. Mail Marshal SMTP. Please note that this
product is NOT cheap, but is the most configurable and high performance you
will find. You can employ mutlple filter types, RBL based on interneal
lists. After running this for a year, you'd be hard pressed to show me
something with more features and power.

Importance: High

Well, we've been trying for a couple of weeks to work with Declude... What
a pain in the *%@! Is there anything out there that you can recommend that
will work better with our Imail server for filtering all of this junk mail?
Perhaps something with a better user interface, that can be used to filter
on the server-wide level, with the capability to make acceptions and
additions per user? Perhaps event a User's self-configurable option?

I've had two engineers here spending alot of time with this product. They
are both considerably intelligent and experienced, yet they have had nothing
but trouble. We've played with a per-user package called IHateSpam before
we tried the declude solution. It wass very User friendly and worked right
out of the box. The down side was that it only worked with Outlook (not
even Outlook Express), and was configured for each individual on their
systems...no centralized database. We would prefer something that was more
centralized...giving more control to the engineers.
