This is a dead horse but....I have very limited tech knowledge and
have this product working fine.  We are not an ISP so per user is not
any issue for us.  I will give you this I to was hoping when I first
looked at Declude for a GUI but after I read everything when I
purchased I knew it was text based only.  I was hope I could handle it
or learn it and with the list and Scott's help I have had no problems.  I
need some wood to knock on now. ;)

Are you sure your tech want to use this product????  It really is not
hard to use.

To this I have to say Terry is right.  My home ISP runs SquirrelMail
( seems like a nice product on *nic)
with spam filtering and my wife and friends who have accounts are for
every complaining they have know idea how to use the spam filtering to
stop junk.  Me I get nothing but clean mail from them. Hmmm must be
using declude at work taught me something.
