This is a dead horse but....I have very limited tech knowledge and have this product working fine. We are not an ISP so per user is not any issue for us. I will give you this I to was hoping when I first looked at Declude for a GUI but after I read everything when I purchased I knew it was text based only. I was hope I could handle it or learn it and with the list and Scott's help I have had no problems. I need some wood to knock on now. ;) Are you sure your tech want to use this product???? It really is not hard to use. Most of our Smart> users would neither want to learn nor would they. To this I have to say Terry is right. My home ISP runs SquirrelMail ( seems like a nice product on *nic) with spam filtering and my wife and friends who have accounts are for every complaining they have know idea how to use the spam filtering to stop junk. Me I get nothing but clean mail from them. Hmmm must be using declude at work taught me something. -- Best regards, ~Paul~ mailto:pingram@;citravel.com --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses by Declude Virus/McAfee] To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
