    What problems are they having?

    The best way to start is with a pretty simple .cfg file and
    $junkmail$ file and begin with hold on simple stuff so you can see
    what is happening.  There are good 3rd party tools for viewing the
    hold file.

    Then add domains and users later.

    The programming for the interface is pretty trivial really.  But
    who is going to explain to the users what the tests mean and how
    they work and so on.  To me that's the big issue.  Most of our
    users would neither want to learn nor would they.
