(Default) = mail.domain.com
Aliases = domain.com (in hex, if I remember right)
Official = mail.domain.com

I cleared the entry mail.domain.com from the (Default) key and *poof* like magic! MSN.com started accepting our mail immediately (no reboot required).
I would REALLY REALLY like to know how that detail is evidenced in the SMTP dialog which MSN's MX's see???

Apparently that one little reg key affected how (or if) MSN's SMTP servers determined our official hostname
MSN / Imail speak SMTP, not registry. How would this registry value be manifested in the SMTP dialog?

btw, nice work, Julie!
