I am having an intermittent problem with email bouncing supposedly because the user is unknown. The problem is I know the address is correct. Here is the bounce message and header.
This is the "A record bug". In this case, IMail is going to the A record, which it should not do unless the MX record does not exist (but in this case it does exist).
You seem to be running IMail v6.00 -- I would strongly recommend upgrading to the latest v6.0x release.
