That's not quite enough. I use the term "IMail's eye-view" to describe
what  you  need to have to diagnose such problems completely: NSLOOKUP
into  that  DNS server *from* your IMail server and look up the MX for
the  offending  domain.  This  is  what  IMail's getting back from the
DNS--no  matter  the  ISP says, if the info is wrong here but right at
the  authoritative  servers  for  the same domain, the root problem is
likely still on your end.
