To clarify, webmail is not an issue because the login form clearly requests "Email Address." The trouble we're experiencing is isolated to the "%" (percent) character required when setting up mail clients. Too many end-users get tripped up on this. Our previous mail server (Post.Office) did not compare to IMail and did not support cross-domain user overlap, but this limitation led to far fewer support calls than the '%' requirement has.
