It may be that Ipswitch got smart and disabled it by default (which is
recommend for all anti-spam software), but this is the first I've heard
about it. I'm not sure what the "bhl"'s are, though.
The default settings I've seen include SPAMCOP, FIVETEN*, YBL, and a few
other spam tests enabled by default.
