Yes, of course, but as others have pointed out, this will only delay the inevitable (when the mailboxes grow to say, 100 GB)... The higher up the corporate ladder, the less technically knowledgeable the users are. CEOs do not realize that a mailbox is not an archive and they never delete anything, in my experience. Jason had a good point in framing the issue of runaway growth: "Empower" the users by telling them that they have full control over the speed.
