Now I am seeing in DNSreport that it also says no revers DNS for my
MX record. I have called registar which host my DNS and asked to
also create a reverse zone but they keep saying I need to contact
  sprint.
      Is this correct?

Yes. This is a Sprint issue.

  1. Sprint needs to make the entries (which they have)
  2. My DNS hosting company must also creat a revers zone (which they
have not..they stat they have turn revers look ups off for
  security??)

This is a tangled problem.

In 99.999% of cases, reverse DNS entries do *not* involve your hosting company. Your ISP or bandwidth provider either adds the reverse DNS entry on their DNS servers, or delegates authority to your DNS servers directly.

However, Sprint is playing games here.

http://www.DNSstuff.com says that the reverse DNS entry exists, because it seems to. Sprint reports that the PTR record for 163.41.34.208.in-addr.arpa is really (via a CNAME) 208.34.41.163.citravel.com, and that 208.34.41.163.citravel.com's PTR record is mail.citravel.com and citravel.com.

So the www.DNSstuff.com site thinks it is fine. Which it is, if you trust Sprint. But many DNS resolvers do not trust sprint. They trust Sprint for the reverse DNS entry -- because they are authoritative for it. But they do not trust Sprint returning the PTR records for 208.34.41.163.citravel.com (because Sprint is not authoritative for them). They then look up the PTR records for 208.34.41.163.citravel.com, and find http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/lookup.ch?name=208.34.41.163.citravel.com&type=PTR -- they do not exist.

Anyone want to recommed another DNS hosting Company?

The DNS hosting company isn't the issue (they *should* be able to add the PTR record, but that's asking a lot of a DNS hosting company). It's Sprint that needs to be replaced. :)
