Note that Sprint is quite willing to delegate reverse DNS, see
http://www.sprint.net/policy/dns.html and scroll down to "Reverse DNS
Requirements"

I might have just caught them on a good day but I e-mailed my request at
11:12:46 and received confirmation that it was done at 13:27:53
