If  configured  correctly,  IIS  SMTP is not vulnerable to the percent
hack, and any such attempt is greeted with '550 Unable to relay.'

You  need  to  make  sure  you're not allowing any relay at the global
level,  only  for  the  remote  domains. I can't tell you exactly what
you've missed offhand, but you don't need MetaEdit to set it up.
