Been there, tried that. SEVERAL times..... I don't get it! I tried new
identity, nothing, I even tried Outlook for one person on the same machine
and it didn't work. So that leads me to believe it's a registry problem or
something, as it's strange that BOTH don't work.

I've tried both options under AUTH - use incoming settings, and un-pw, but
to no avail, the dang computer just will NOT send that info!
