what do you call overly large, we are a small compnay about 45 users I choose Imap  so 
I could leave mail and folders sitting on server, and not have to worry about people 
going into there outlook setup and unchecking the option to leave mail on server.

 but it seems there are some issues with imap that I need to reconsider my thoughts 
and move to pop3
