This is the error we are getting, Imail ver 8.01 win2000 server SP4 and lastest updates. Any one else get this or do you block out .doc
Let me guess - those Word documents are being sent from Word or Outlook?

This behavior may occur because mail servers filter out information that they consider to be untrustworthy....
It sounds like what is happening is that Microsoft is sending the Word documents in an 8-bit format where they are not supposed to. That's not SMTP. In order to process such E-mail, you would need to use whatever proprietary mail client and mail server that Microsoft wants you to run. :)
