1. Unless your ISP has delegated control of the IP block to you, you can
neither delegate control or create records for those IP addresses. If you go
to www.dnsstuff.com and insert your IP address in the reverse lookup field,
it will tell you who has authority over your IP range.

2. AOL includes a code in the message your server receives when trying to
send to AOL if they have blocked you. You can find that in the Imail SMTP
logs, and go to http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/index.html to find out
more information on that reason.
