There are many others with /28 that could have the exact same reverse zone.  My understanding of classless delegation is:  that is how the internet can know about my small piece of the 51.202.63.

Like Len said, DNS on W2K is better than DNS on NT 4.0.

What you need is on dns1.fresno.k12.ca.us to set up a reverse lookup zone
for your IP range, then create the needed PTR records.
