Is this for the IP 63.202.51.149? If so, http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ptr.ch?ip=63.202.51.149 helps out, by showing that the reverse DNS lookups do indeed go to a server of yours (dns1.fresno.k12.ca.us), and that the lookup is for 149.144.51.202.63.in-addr.arpa.
All you need to do now is add a PTR record for "149.144.51.202.63.in-addr.arpa" (minus the quotes) that points to "cs-mx-server.fresno.k12.ca.us", and you should be all set.
