I guess the moral of the story is that if you give safe haven to terrorists (spammers), you run the risk of being blacklisted. I guess you have a choice to make.

We just got blacklisted by SBL because the email address for the admin contact for a spammer is hosted here. The domain is not hosted here, They are not using our dns servers. They are not using our mail server. They are not using our network. No spam came from here. The only connection to us is that the admin email is hosted here. We have no control over this but yet we got black listed. Even if we terminate them as a client and they do not move their domain somewhere else we will still be punished for something we have no control over. I find this to be a little bit overzealous.
