Yes, you just described my sitation exactly! Same timeframe and everything! We're also running v7.15 (HF3). It started about the beginning of last week. I haven't been able to figure it out.
My theory is that it has something to do with a particular type of message the smtp process tries to send, but I haven't been able to pin it down yet. Ideas, anyone?
