bad news... I ran isplcln yesterday and the SMTP service just crashed again. There were four messages processing and unfortunately, I could not copy them before the service restarted again and they were gone. There were only 4 processing messages - I believe they were all spam.
I'll try and stop the service manually after it crashes next time so I can get a sample of what might be causing it to hang. I have a feeling this is effecting some more than others because of the different spam filtering we all have going on. Those with tighter spam filters are probably deleting the suspect message before it hangs the box. Just a guess though. I'll try again the next time... Zip it up & send it to Ipswich support. If it really is some obscure combination of headers/text/whatever that happens once out of a million e-mails having a reproducible test case is invaluable. -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] "The avalanche has already started, it is too Rod Dorman late for the pebbles to vote." ?
