I thought this was a fantastic idea but wanted to see them get it off
the ground before installing anything. This probably wont wake people up
to just how much influence spammers have and their growing power.

How is DDoSing a phishing site, fraud/theft by defintion, illegal or
even unethical? Same for websites that exploit browsers to drop
spyware (often to steal passwords and cc/atm numbers) on the web
visitors?
The level/growth/variability/internationality of Internet crime far
exceeds any one nation's laws, and even if the laws existed, the
enforcement would be ineffective.
