unfortunately not. since most AOL people are naive to the internet, they just click on a spam icon to report you. we've turned off all forwarding to AOL by our customers because our own customers were reporting our mail server as delivering spam to them. Fun, huh?

I am having this problem too. How can unsubscribe these fools if I don't
know who they are!

I see this in my header for the reported email:
   Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

but when I search the log for that ID number, it shows up many, many times -
and most entries appeared to be MSN related, not AOL.

I use the IMail list to send the email. Is there something I could do to
make the header include something unique?

thanks.

The TOS notices I get have the "spam" email attached so you can look at the header info to get the imail message id. We use mxguard so it is listed as 'X-mxGuard-Spool-ID'
