Open up your email client. Go to settings. Where it shows your 'Name', change 
it to 
'George W. Bush'. Now find where it shows your email address. Change it to 
'[EMAIL PROTECTED]'.

Now you know how to forge an email address. As you can hopefully see, there is 
no way to stop that.
