Fortunatly, we got the first few calls quickly enough that I could add a few lines to anti-banner plugin and squash any more coming in, and a bit later on day one the new signature files allowed our anti-virus engines to take over..
This was the first time the delay from the release of a virus to the availability of virus signatures was obvious. Usually the few viruses that get through before our anti-virus engines start blocking them are not noticible to us, few customers call.
