As per Randy's instructions, I entered the gateway mailserver address in the control panel, restarted EMWACS, and the mail disappeared from the holding tanks.

Trouble is, it didn't arrive!

There are no entries in the outlog file, but entries in the inlog file corresponding to the mail. The incoming, domains and holding folders are all empty.

I have asked the owner of the gateway mailserver for any signs of life, but have no response yet.

Any ideas?
