Messages not getting through

I sent the following about 2 wks ago and it didn’t get on to the list. Presumably Rockliffe must have some filter which trashed it.   This makes me wonder why the list is still run by Rockliffe.  Couldn’t one of us run it?   Replies to the queries below are still welcome, thought I have now learnt about Klint’s IMSCTL project thanks to Don (When will it be ready, Klint?
