i've never actually tried to set it up, but my feeling is that since IMS was written for WinNT it probably will only work with pre-Win2K logins. but like i said i have never tried to get it to work with the newer usernames. sorry i cannot be of any more help though.
to take your users from a groupware package like Exch2K to a pop3 server is going to be quite a challenge i think. good luck. This is the discussion list for the IMS Free email server software.
