IMS POP3 Help

Is it possible to use the full e-mail address when logging in to the POP3 service to receive e-mail   I can login no problems with a pre windows 2000 user name such as "bryn" but when I try and login using a full e-mail address such as "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" the pop3 service returns the following error message   -ERR [EMAIL PROTECTED] login failed (1326) at point 3 in pass   The password is defiantly correct beccause I can login no problem using the pre 2000 user name.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.   Kind Regards   Bryn Thompson Focus IT Ltd Director
