Sorry for sending incomplete message. My keyboard is erratic. Genus names Adhatoda is not conserved against Justicia. The importance of a conserved name ceases when it is merged into another genus. Adhatoda Adans. and Adahatoda Mill. are merged with Justicia L. The case is somewhat similar (though not exactly) to Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. which was conserved against Lycopersicon lycopersicum, but no longer nomina conservanda as genus Lycopersicon is merged with Solanum, and tomato is now Solanum lycopersicum.
