Something along "Koza". The "K" sound is indeed that very specific
sound you hear when Bushmen from Southern Africa talk (remember that
movie where one of them find a Coke bottle dropped from a plane and
travels to bring it back to "Gods"?).

Mark Shuttleworth is doing that sound very well..:-)

As you probably don't have the very right consonant for this, you
probably can have a good approximation with a "k" consonant (and here
ends my deep knowledge of Indic languages...:-))
