The Async isn't included in the x64 driver, had to add it. You *Can* turn off Async with the 3Dsettings yes, but It'll only work for opengl. By disabling it via the driver itself, it is disabled by default in everything ( as far as I've tested ) , and you don't want the async to screw up with your framerates don't you! ( Async basicly makes your game at a "stable" fps , but you also don't get all the fps you could get as It diminish it to a lower value to keep it "steady"
