The MSI was "re-added" on the x64( it was removed by Intel themself in
the x64 ) but not enabled. It actually decreased performance and added
a few lag spike so I decided not to enable it for this release until I
or someone else found a way to make it work like it should (Something
your little program didn't catch up because you've checked the 32-bit
version wich I haven't test AT ALL.
