You're right. It's calculated from sysUpTime from the SNMPv2-MIB (1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3), which is defined as the time since the network management portion of the system was last reinitialized.

Incidentally, if you want to see when the system was really last rebooted, you could use a Host Resources probe; the value of "System Uptime" under "Host Resources General Information" in the status window will be the real system uptime, not the time since SNMP was restarted.
