Yes I introduced this "keep json and dat synched feature",
in master while 1.3-rel was branched
But I know that some 1.3.x .dat files were not re-generated using json2cbor,
so it's not consistent with json files (shame on us).
I am not sure if each sub domain maintainers tested or updated them,
but I fixed a couple of them with new ACLs for sample codes,
Once all updated .dat are commited in master,
it should not annoy you anymore, (not until json source or generator are
changed)
