What I mean by extra management is that instead of deleting files once I need
to delete them twice and/or decide which sync.

Mine is massive too, but I have source and object code and object files, and
some disk images. The sum of all my iOS editable documents is likely much
smaller.

I wonder what all your word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and similar
documents add up to be. Since iCloud sync is on an app by app basis, you will
be syncing only documents from specific apps fairly easily.

This brings up project management: seems like every app will have its own UI
for managing files. Maybe folders will find their way everywhere. Who knows. I
guess I will have to make the same folder in every app, and will have no way to
look at all "project foo" documents and open them up in the right app.

What I think is likely to happen for me:
iCloud sync is used for all my actively edited documents
Some other system is used for everything else. Dropbox, maybe a generic iDisk
like feature if iCloud ends up having that - something that has folders for
everything and no limits for document types etc.

I really need to reorganize my document sync system.

Thanks,
