I think that we don't need to even divide things up amongst wireless and non-wireless, as this might be an arbitrary division. We do try to cover cellular links in this draft, which have some special properties, and then discuss the what requirements are for normal interfaces. Most folks view WLAN quite much like regular LAN links, so that we did not think we need to be specific in that respect. Anyhow, for all we know, some devices (which could even be micro-devices) would have an ethernet port on them, in additional to a cellular radio.
