On the client machines with the unknown states: In the registry: Goto HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Ipswitch\Messenger\Version 1.0\Settings You'll see a value: "Client Uses NAT" it is by default set to 0. Set it to 1 and restart the client.
