----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on Irish Fencing Forum
----------------------------------------------------------- From: PostpaidPBH Message 25 in Discussion Perhaps I overreacted. Ever heard the fencing dictate: "you must practice a move 10,000 times before it is yours" Fencing is a technical sport, consequently a highly important part of the training is repetition, and lots of it. Another important part is fighting, but if all you do is fight then you will reach a dead end very quickly. On the subject of aerobic activity. I'll presume your talking about the 10 minute warm up run before we get into the hall. The 10 minute run you've never joined us in. If you're looking for excuses not to turn up to fencing, I'd suggest finding a better one then "there's too much aerobic work". ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/IrishFencingForum/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
