This is a known issue that ISS has yet to address.

The site protector 2.0 is installed on Windows 2000 Server with SP3 and MSSQL 2000 with SP3a on the another machine, and when I try to update the desktop Controller, then I have the following error:

Command is executing, waiting for the version to change from 6.9 (SR 2.1), timeout in

Sensor is restarting, attempting to reconnect to the sensor, timeout in 09:50

Installing update ...
Update file update\Site_Protector\DesktopController69_WINNT_XXX_ST_2_2.xpu has already been downloaded, no need to download.
