Oh.. I just committed the new PB src files in my local repo (Into the
protocol-shaded project) and then did an mvn package.. We will compile those
src in this project also right? In fact it added. When running PE on newly
built tar, 1st time I got issues because of my impl, I got stack trace from the
new CIS and ByteInputByteString. That means in PB jars those are there. Sorry
am not really knowing how we should do the PB files checkin to our repo
