It is 100z plus two patches (one for additional tuners and one for
sys* sysmbols). So it is the same as 100z wrt the X driver.

OK, I'll replace the ivtv driver version with this one then. I thought
the ivtv driver was including newer copies.

I think it's better to have this in source (only), and make sure it
