YOUR THE MAN!!!
I applied your patch to the PVR-150MCE NTSC (1042) and when using the no_black_magic=1 parameter it WORKS GREAT. I even get audio but it isn't on the tuner0 it is on the S-Vidoe0. I figure that it should be pretty easy to dig into the options for S-vidio in the driver and figure out what parameters need to be moved to the tuner part of the driver.
